Lykke Honoré
Lykke Honoré specialises in IP law and marketing law, focusing particularly on commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
Lykke provides advice especially on enforcing intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright and design rights, etc.) and on safeguarding trade secrets as well as domain names. She also conducts litigation in this respect, including interim injunction proceedings and proceedings on the preservation of evidence. In addition, Lykke is highly experienced within employment law, including employment contracts, executive service agreements, individual as well as collective dismissals, severance agreements and litigation on issues of employment law.
Finally, Lykke advises on issues relating to the equine and veterinary industries, including especially contract drafting and dispute resolution. Having practised as a litigator for several years, Lykke has gained extensive litigation experience.
She has experience of working with Danish as well as international clients on cross-border matters involving coordination and collaboration across borders.
Lykke founded UNG RET (a Danish legal aid organisation for young people) in 2013 and, moreover, she contributed to “The Executive Remuneration Review” from 2016.

Lykke acted for Kamstrup A/S on a matter involving infringement by a non-Danish manufacturer of the client’s patent. It was a complex cross-border matter, where the services of colleagues from DLA Piper Sweden were enlisted.

Lykke acted for Nordisk Innovation initially on a case regarding the preservation of evidence and later on injunction proceedings against a competing enterprise. There were several related cases and the outcome was a tripartite settlement agreement to the great satisfaction of the client.

Lykke acted for a private individual on a case regarding the preservation of evidence and injunction proceedings alleging contravention of the Danish Trade Secrets Act. Some of Denmark’s major players within water and drain products were involved and, in view of the nature of the case, its course was intensive, the case being completed within a month and a half.
