DLA Piper advises Nutreco in connection with its investment in Nordic Aqua Partners

DLA Piper Denmark has acted as legal advisor for Nutreco in connection to its investment in Nordic Aqua Partners.

Nutreco is a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed.

Nutreco invests in Nordic Aqua Partners in connection with a listing of Nordic Aqua Partners on Merkur Market in Oslo (from December with the new name Euronext Growth), where the capital invested will be used on a land-based salmon farm in China.

The DLA Piper Denmark team assisting Nutreco was led by Jens Krogh Petersen, Lars Hagbard Grønkjær and Jacob Sørensen.
