Circularity Capital leads growth capital investment in Shark Solutions

DLA Piper Denmark's Emerging Growth and Venture Capital team has advised Circularity Capital LLP on their investment in Shark Solutions, a Denmark-based global leader in the production of recycled PVB.

Circularity Capital is a specialist private equity firm investing in European growth stage businesses in the circular economy and lead the investment round which also included Blue Equity.
