DLA Piper Denmark assists a consortium with the acquisition of the majority stake in SkyBrands

DLA Piper Denmark is proud to have assisted a consortium consisting of the experienced retail executive Søren Bach and members of the Skybrands’ board and management with the acquisition Skybrands.

Skybrands is one of the leading suppliers of licensed home textile and apparel products to all key retailers and it is their mission to bring leading brands (Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Justice League etc.) and fashionable collections of licensed home textile and apparel products to all homes in Europe.

The consortium was advised by a DLA Piper Denmark team led by Martin Christian Kruhl, Søren Stenger and Rasmus Boserup.
