DLA Piper advises the Lundbeck Foundation in strategic acquisition
The Lundbeck Foundation has acquired a 25% share stake in Cresco Capital Services.
The Lundbeck Foundation is one of Denmark’s largest commercial foundations, valued around DKK 64 billion in 2020 and whose purpose is to strengthen brain health in Denmark and to develop the Danish business sector.
Cresco Capital Services is a specialist asset management company within direct investments in forestry, land management and related renewable energy production, registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
DLA Piper advised the Lundbeck Foundation in all legal aspects of the transaction.
