DLA Piper assists the Swedish private equity fund Adelis Equity Partners in the acquisition of Pixelz

Pixelz is a Danish based company making photo retouching services for editing of product images in connection with e-commerce. Pixelz operates globally with offices in e.g. US, Germany, Vietnam, and Denmark where the headquarter is located and where the company was founded in 2011.

Adelis is a Swedish private equity fund with focus on being an active partner in creating value at mid-sized Nordic companies.
