Entreprenør Benny Petersen A/S joins Infra Group

DLA Piper Denmark has together with Schjødt advised the seller of Entreprenør Benny Petersen A/S on its sale to Infra Group, a leading European infrastructure services platform backed by PAI Partners.

Benny Petersen A/S is a civil works and utility contractor based in Jerslev, West Zealand, with a 42-year history and a strong local footing. The company will continue as an independent business with its current domicile, management and employees. As part of Infra Group, it will be able to bid for larger infrastructure projects.

Infra Group is a Belgian group that develops and delivers infrastructure projects across large parts of Europe. It brings together around 130 companies working in critical infrastructure, including earthworks and the construction, upgrade and maintenance of distribution and transport networks for electricity, data, water, fluids and gas. This is Infra Group's fourth Danish acquisition this year, after MSE Entreprise, Jacob Post Styret Underboring and Zøllner A/S.
