DLA Piper has advised Verdane on the sale of Danelec Electronics to GTT
The European private equity firm Verdane has successfully completed the sale of Danelec Electronics to GTT (Gaztransport et Technigaz).
Danelec joins GTT’s Digital division alongside Ascenz Marorka and Vessel Performance Solutions, creating one of the most comprehensive digital offerings in the maritime market. The Group now supports an installed base of more than 17,000 vessels worldwide.
DLA Piper is proud of having assisted Verdane and Hans Ottosen in this transaction and is grateful for the trust shown by Arne Handeland, Gabriel Cassani, and Hans Ottosen during the process.
