DLA Piper assists Polaris-backed Vikingbus Group on their first add-on acquisition

The Vikingbus Group was established by merging 17 well-known Danish bus operators with the ambition to create one of Denmark’s leading bus operators. 

The Vikingbus Group was acquired (60%) by Polaris Private Equity in April 2021.

A few months later, the Vikingbus Group has now agreed to acquire Vester Skerninge Bilerne as their first add-on acquisition comprising additionally approx. 100 employees and 130 buses.
