DLA Piper has advised JP Air Tech in connection with Dansk Ejerkapital’s acquisition of a significant minority stake in JP Air Tech
JP Air Tech is a leading Danish manufacturer and supplier of technical filter media, which is headquartered in Sakskøbing with approximately 45 employees. Since its incorporation in 2008, the company has specialised in high-quality filtration solutions for industrial production facilities, the HVAC industry, and the automotive sector. In close collaboration with customers and partners, JP Air Tech develops innovative, efficient, and environmentally friendly products that support sustainable operations and high quality throughout the value chain.

In close collaboration with company owners, Dansk Ejerkapital strengthens businesses with capital and strategic guidance to help realise their potential and create long-term value.
With a solid product and production platform and increasing demand for efficient and environmentally friendly filtration solutions, JP Air Tech is well positioned for its next phase, and the investment from Dansk Ejerkapital is intended to accelerate international growth for the company. Additionally, Dansk Ejerkapital will contribute with strategic input and professionalisation to enable the management team to act even more proactively in the market and to explore strategic acquisitions. Closing of the transaction was completed 3 July 2025.
