DLA Piper has launched its first ever Nordic VC Report

DLA Piper has announced the release of its inaugural Nordic Venture Capital Report. As the only major law firm with a presence in each of the Nordic countries – Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden – we are uniquely positioned to provide an in-depth perspective on market trends and deal terms in the region. 

Drawing from 70 startup and growth company equity financing rounds raised by Nordic-headquartered companies and completed in 2024, the report aggregates insights with relevance to a large audience with an interest in the Nordic market. More than 740 million EUR of equity financing was raised in those financing rounds. 

Our Nordic VC Report is of particular interest to investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders who are active in the startup and venture capital ecosystem, as it delivers valuable insights on market trends and deal terms that define the Nordic venture capital landscape, including investor and target company profiles, economic terms and key legal provisions.
