DLA Piper assist in Boozt's listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen and offering of new shares

We are proud that DLA Piper has acted as legal advisor for Danske Bank in connection with Boozt's admission to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen and offer of new shares. The offering will give Boozt gross proceeds of approximately DKK 602 million.

Boozt is a Nordic growth technology company selling fashion online. This includes fashion for women, men, kids, sports/athleisure, beauty, and home interior. Boozt has built and developed its own technological infrastructure and has more than 2 million active customers.

In addition to the listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen, Boozt is also listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Danske Bank acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner in connection with the transaction. DLA Piper acted as legal advisor to Danske Bank.
