DLA Piper has advised Hansen & Lund ApS in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares in Wizkids A/S, Wizkids AB, Wizkids AS, Wizkids Ltd., and Wizkids B.V to the Texthelp Group, backed by Five Arrows, the private equity arm of Rothschild & Co.

Wizkids is a successful Northern European EdTech company founded in 2005 by Uffe Gorm Pal Hansen and Jonas Lund aiming to help students unleash their full potential and level the playing field for all students. Wizkids offers AppWriter, EduLife, TxtAnalyser, and MathSolver to more than 1 million users.

Wizkids currently employs over 50 staff across Denmark, England, Norway, and Sweden.
