DLA Piper advises the owners of Fremco on the sale to Storskogen

Storskogen has entered into an agreement to acquire 84% of the shares in Fremco A/S, a company specialising in developing and producing fibre blowing machines.

Fremco is a Danish fast-growing technology company with a strong foothold in the European markets and ambitions to grow in other parts of the world. The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the beginning of January 2022.
