DLA Piper assists the owners of Minerva Group with the sale of the company to Aras Corporation backed by GI Partners

DLA Piper assists the owners of Minerva Group with a sale of 100% of the shares to Aras Corporation which is backed by the private equity firm, GI Partners.

Minerva Group is a vendor of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions. Headquartered in Denmark, Minerva Group also has offices in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, UK and USA.

US-based Aras Corporation provides a low-code platform – on which Minerva Group’s PLM functionality is built – with applications to design, build and operate complex products.
