DLA Piper advises Emerald Technology Ventures on their investment in TinyMobileRobots

DLA Piper Denmark's Emerging Growth and Venture Capital team has advised the Swiss venture capital firm Emerald Technology Ventures with their investment in TinyMobileRobots (“TMR”)

TMR, a leading Danish robotics company specializing in autonomous field and road marking robots, has successfully completed a funding round, raising over 90 million Danish kroner in venture capital, additional investments, and loan commitments led by Emerald Technology Ventures. 

TMR’s cutting-edge robotic systems, featuring advanced satellite-guided technology, offer high-precision paint application on various surfaces. A single TMR robot can efficiently mark a soccer field in just 20 minutes, significantly surpassing the time-consuming efforts of an experienced line marker. 

DLA Piper Denmark advised Emerald Technology Ventures with all legal aspects of the investment. The core transaction team from DLA Piper was Nicholas Lerche-Gredal, Michael Klöcker, Stefan Westh Wiencken, Christine Albech Franke, Oliver William Forrester, and Josefine Høy Bendtsen.
