DLA Piper assists in the exit of Squidhub to Hive

Copenhagen’s project management and collaboration platform Squidhub has been acquired by New York-based Hive.

Squidhub was founded in 2016 by Asger Stjernholm and Andreas Overbeck and is in use by The Capital Region of Denmark, Deloitte, and Volvo, and over 100,000 small teams and freelancers.

Hive reports that more than a quarter of its customers are based in Europe, and the Squidhub acquisition is a logical progression of support.
