We have represented all sellers throughout a highly complex, multi jurisdictional process, which required close coordination across several DLA Piper offices, including Finland, the United States and Sweden. The transaction involved a broad range of legal disciplines and cross border considerations, reflecting both the international nature of the business and the strategic importance of the transaction.
Visiopharm has been a valued client of ours since 2012, and advising on this transaction marks the culmination of a long standing and trusted relationship.
The core transaction team was led by Peter Bruun Nikolajsen, Patrick Andersen and Bahja Kulane, supported by a dedicated cross border team from DLA Piper.
