Nilfisk has divested its US High Pressure Washer business.
Nilfisk has completed the divestment of its US High Pressure Washer (HPW) business to Pressure Systems Innovations, LLC. The transaction follows a strategic review of the US HPW activities and supports Nilfisk’s continued focus on its core business areas and strategic priorities, while ensuring the future development of Pressure Pro and Hydrotek under dedicated ownership.
Nilfisk is a listed company and a world-leading global provider of professional cleaning equipment and services sold in more than 100 countries and produced at 8 manufacturing sites across the globe. A total of approximately 4,800 employees secured a revenue of EUR +1bn in 2024 with the largest single market being the US.
The transaction closed on 31 October 2025.
DLA Piper assisted Nilfisk on all legal aspects of the transaction with a core cross-border team lead by John Svenson, Brian Wohlberg, Signe Bang Mau and Kenneth Rowles.
