DLA Piper has advised the sellers of Zøllner in connection with the sale of Zøllner to Infra Group

DLA Piper has advised the sellers of Zøllner A/S in connection with the sale of Zøllner to Infra Group, a leading European infrastructure services platform backed by PAI Partners.

Zøllner is a domestic infrastructure contractor specialising in rail works, earthworks, utility infrastructure and climate adaptation projects. The company has built a strong market position in Denmark through its technical expertise, long-standing client relationships and focus on delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Infra Group is a European multi-utility infrastructure services provider operating across several countries and delivering essential infrastructure solutions within, among other areas, electricity, telecoms, water, gas and rail. With the support of PAI Partners, Infra Group continues to expand its presence and capabilities across key European infrastructure markets.

The transaction represents an important milestone for Zøllner and supports the company’s continued growth and development as part of a larger European infrastructure platform. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority

DLA Piper acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with all aspects of the transaction. Thanks to the trust from Karl-Johan Zøllner, Henrik Ernebjerg Ravn, Anders Brandt Hansen, Henrik T Krabbe and Christian Ilsøe from Zøllner, the ABG Sundal Collier team lead by Henrik Krüger and Joakim Thuesen and a seamless cooperation with the Infra Group team.
