Garda Group acquires A/H Låsemontage

Garda Group has acquired the Danish company, A/H Låsemontage. A/H Låsemontage is a leading security supplier within installation and servicing of security systems, alarms, video surveillance and grid security for private and commercial use in Denmark. The company has over 50 years of experience in the security industry, is ISO 9001 certified and employs approx. 45 employees located in Rødovre, Kalundborg, Haslev and Frederiksberg.

Garda Group is a Norwegian based deliverer and installer of permanent and temporary perimeter security solutions and acquired KIBO Security Group in 2023, a Danish based manufacturer and distributor of security systems. Garda Group is present in Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Germany, and has approx. 2,000 employees.

A DLA Piper team consisting of Karsten Pedersen, Sara Schjørring, and Andreas Egeblad Arendt has advised Garda Group on the transaction.
