IPOs in Denmark
The Danish stock market has undergone a revitalisation the last decade following a period of significant political attention and economic prosperity. Major Danish companies in particular have received a warm welcome on the Nasdaq Copenhagen’s main market, and recently we have also seen small and medium-sized companies being listed on Nasdaq’s First North Growth Market.
It is important for Denmark that the companies uses the stock exchange as access to the capital markets. Denmark’s small and medium-sized companies as well as start-ups play a decisive role in terms of growth, and they absolutely need more equity to finance this growth.
With this publication on IPO’s in Denmark we strive at making the IPO process easy to understand and manageable. There are far too many myths about how difficult, time-consuming and expensive an IPO is.
With this book in hand, all well-managed, interesting Danish companies will be able to plan their way to the stock exchange in a professional and structured manner and at the same time make their companies, managements as well as future and existing shareholders happy.
