DLA Piper has advised the owners of Erhvervs Webdesign ApS with the sale to the private equity fund Mentha Capital.

Erhvervs Webdesign is one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Denmark with five offices across the country. The company focuses on SME’s and offers a wide range of solutions within digital marketing such as design and development of websites and online shops and search engine optimization.

The founders, Thomas Jensen and Klaus Bisgaard, see great potential for further growth and their aim is for Erhvervs Webdesign to become a leading digital marketing agency in Northern Europe focusing on micro-SMEs. The partnership with Mentha will provide the necessary capital and expertise to execute the growth strategy.
