DLA Piper advises Confirma Software on its acquisition of SmartTID ApS

Confirma Software, a leading provider of vertical enterprise software solutions in the Nordics, announced Thursday its acquisition of SmartTID ApS. This is Confirma Software’s second acquisition in Denmark.

SmartTID ApS is focused on delivering smart time recording and registration systems for manufacturing, agricultural, transportation, and logistics customers. With the addition of SmartTID, Confirma Software strengthens its position in Denmark and gains a product that will be offered across a large part of its 12,500 subscription customers in the Nordics.

Confirma Software is majority-owned by the private equity fund Abry Partners.
