InfraVia Capital has acquired a majority stake in Copenhagen Optimization 

Copenhagen Optimization, the world’s leading optimization platform for airport operators, has entered into a purchase agreement with InfraVia Capital in which InfraVia Capital will acquire a majority stake in Copenhagen Optimization.

Copenhagen Optimization is a Danish headquartered leading player in the market of software solutions for airport operators who works with more than 40 airports globally, including renowned customers such as London Heathrow (UK), Singapore Changi (Singapore) and JFK Terminal 4 (USA).

InfraVia Capital is a leading independent European private equity firm specialized in infrastructure and technology investments. Headquartered in Paris, InfraVia Capital manages EUR 15bn of capital and has invested in +50 companies across Europe.
