DLA Piper advised the owners of ICEpower on the investment from Crestline

Founded in 1999 as a joint venture with Bang & Olufsen, the ICEpower management team carved out ICEpower as part of a management buy-out through partnership with Dansk Ejerkapital in 2016, in order to pursue an ambitious growth strategy.

Under the leadership of Keld Lindegaard Andersen (CEO), ICEpower has transformed into a leading provider of high performance audio technology and complete turnkey solutions to the professional and home automation (B2B) audio markets.

The owners of ICEpower has on 3 October 2023 signed an agreement with Crestline Investors, Inc. for an investment in a majority stake in ICEpower.

Together with Crestline, ICEpower aims to pursue the next phase of its growth strategy, and to become the preferred partner for outsourced product creation to the leaders of the audio industry.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close towards the middle of October.

The owners of ICEpower were advised by a DLA Piper Denmark team consisting of Michael Vinther, Sebastian Ingversen, Jacob Sørensen and Kasper Fryd.
