DLA Piper has advised the sellers of Nowus Healthcare A/S on its sale to Airsol S.r.l., a subsidiary of SOL Group

DLA Piper has advised the sellers of Nowus Healthcare A/S on the sale of all shares in Nowus Healthcare A/S, including its subsidiaries, to Airsol S.r.l., a subsidiary of SOL Group.

Nowus Healthcare A/S is a Danish distribution company providing products and personalised support to healthcare practitioners within sleep and respiratory care. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark, Nowus Healthcare distributes medical devices and consumables covering the patient pathway in respiratory insufficiency, including sleep apnoea, COPD and other chronic respiratory conditions. Nowus serves hospitals, sleep clinics and healthcare professionals in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the UK, working with leading European, North American and British medical device manufacturers.

SOL Group is a multinational group active in the technical, industrial and medicinal gases sectors, as well as in homecare through its “VIVISOL” branded companies. The acquisition enables SOL Group, through VIVISOL, to expand its respiratory care business into the Nordic countries.
