DLA Piper has assisted The Digital Neighborhood with the acquisition of Consit Gruppen

The Digital Neighborhood, a community of leading European technology companies specialising in Microsoft AI and Cloud, having over 1,460 consultants, engineers, and other specialists across seven countries, has acquired Consit Gruppen, a Danish IT service provider specializing in Microsoft Cloud services and other Microsoft business products.

The Digital Neighborhood, backed by Dutch private equity firm EMK Capital, strengthens its presence in Northern Europe with this acquisition and further enhances its expertise in Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE, E-commerce platforms, Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
