DLA Piper acts for BactiQuant in the IPO on Nasdaq First North

DLA Piper is pleased to have assisted as legal adviser for BactiQuant Group in connection with the preceding corporate restructuring of the group, including mergers and demergers, and the initial public offering and listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. The public offering was oversubscribed with an impressive 686 %.

BactiQuant (short name: BACTIQ) had its first day of trading at Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark on 5 February 2021.

BactiQuant is a Denmark-based cleantech group and has developed a unique product for automated monitoring of the bacterial content in water within minutes. The technology is good for the environment, helping industries to manage water in a greener and more sustainable way, as well as increasing the safety of drinking water production worldwide. BactiQuant's technology supports four of the UN's global goals, access to clean water, sustainability in industry, responsible production and consumption, and the protection of marine life.
