DLA Piper advised on the sale of residential property in Irmabyen

DLA Piper has advised an international institutional investor on the sale of the residential property Espresso Park, located in Irmabyen in Rødovre. Colliers facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller. The property comprises 78 residential units across 7,180 sqm, as well as an underground parking facility.

The transaction highlights the continued strong investor demand for newly built residential assets in Greater Copenhagen.
