DLA Piper advised Solita backed by Apax Partners in the acquisition of Commentor

Commentor employs approximately 145 people with their headquarters in Aalborg and locations in Glostrup and Vejle. Commentor provides advice within IT solutions and have been elected as the fastest growing IT consulting firm in Denmark for two consecutive years by the Danish IT media ComputerWorld Danmark. Commentor delivered an EBIT of DKKm 21.1 in 2021.
