HB RTS, backed by the UK-based private equity fund Arcus Infrastructure Partners, is a logistics service provider, offering reverse logistics solutions for clients throughout Europe with a pool of some six million load carriers rented and pooled for customers across the food and horticulture industries.

TPS Rental Systems is a leading provider of rental of intermediate bulk tanks, including both stainless steel and bag-in-box containers, and the sale of accompanying liner bags and customization accessories. TPS Rental Systems is a leading provider of end-to-end systems of foldable intermediate bulk containers (IBC), bag-in-box (BIB) containers and the sale of accompanying liner bags and connectors.
