DLA Piper advises Broad Horizon in connection with its acquisition of Projectum ApS

The Dutch company Broad Horizon B.V. owned by the British P/E fund EMK Capital has made a further Danish acquisition namely the acquisition of Projectum ApS and its Dutch subsidiary. The transaction was completed in cooperation with DLA Piper in The Netherlands.

Projectum ApS offers consultancy services within the IT sphere and IT solutions within project management based on Microsoft platforms. The acquisition followed shortly after Broad Horizon’s acquisition of Delegate A/S and was made as part of Broad Horizon’s strategy to establish and expand its businesses in the Nordic region.

Broad Horizon was advised by a DLA Piper team led by Jens Krogh Petersen, Andreas Brasch-Thomsen and Diana Sloth Nielsen.
