DLA Piper advises Danish equity fund Polaris Private Equity IV K/S on its acquisition of Link Logistics A/S

Link Logistics specialises in express freight of small packages and has more than 75 staff members as well as terminals in Brøndby and Fredericia (Denmark) and Gothenburg and Stockholm (Sweden). The acquisition enables Link Logistics to expand its activities beyond Denmark, through acquisitions etc.

The management and key employees will become co-owners in connection with the transaction.

The transaction was signed on 5 December 2019 and awaits approval from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority in order to be final.
