DLA Piper advises Dustin on the acquisition of Exato

The Swedish-based IT group, Dustin, acquires the entire share capital of Exato, a Danish IT company specialized in standardized solutions and IT security.

Dustin Group AB (publ), which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has about 1,800 employees and a turnover of SEK 12.5 billion. The acquisition of Exato supports Dustin’s strategy to increase sales of services through both acquisitions and organic growth and Exato strengthens and compliments Dustin’s offering in Denmark.
