DLA Piper advises Dutch ZBG in the acquisition of Maskinhandler Indkøbsringen A/S and MI Ejendom A/S

DLA Piper has advised ZBG in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Danish agricultural machinery retailer Maskinhandler Indkøbsringen A/S and the property company MI Ejendom A/S.

Maskinhandler Indkøbsringen A/S has until now been owned by several Danish machine wholesale dealers who collectively purchases and sells machines for agriculture. MI Ejendom A/S is a property company owning the real property in Vejle in which Maskinhandler Indkøbsringen A/S is headquartered.

ZBG is an investment company headquartered in the Netherlands and whose focus is on real estate development, agriculture and technology.

DLA Piper advised ZBG on all legal aspects in connection with the acquisition. DLA Piper’s M&A team consisted of Nicholas Lerche-Gredal, Stefan Westh Wiencken, Christine Albech Franke and Oliver William Forrester.
