DLA Piper advises Euromaster on its divestment of 9 divisions

Euromaster, a leading provider of tyres services and vehicle maintenance in Europe, announced 1 September 2023 its divestment of 9 divisions in Denmark to the tyre and garage chain Super Dæk Service. The divisions are placed in Aalborg, Viborg, Skive, Vejle, Holbæk, Taastrup, Roskilde, Næstved and Copenhagen.

Euromaster is wholly owned by Michelin and is the largest tyre chain in Europe.
