Singapore based TGV4 Plus Fund has made a strategic investment into GCEX, a UK-based and FCA regulated digital brokerage which enables brokers, funds and professional traders to access deep liquidity in digital assets and FX.

Founded by Danish serial entrepreneur Lars Holst in 2018, GCEX's groundbreaking innovation comes from bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital assets including STOs and Cryptocurrencies.

DLA Piper advised GCEX in all legal aspects of the transaction.

DLA Piper's Danish and UK cross-border M&A team was headed by John Emil Lyngfeldt Svenson, Ben Forgiel-Jensen, Timothy Harding, Kenni Svanholm Jensen and Cecilie Mejer Helwig Rasmussen.
