DLA Piper advises Jacobs Holding on the acquisition of Curaeos

DLA Piper is proud to have assisted the global professional investment firm Jacobs Holding in connection with the acquisition of Curaeos, a leading European dental services provider, from EQT Private Equity.

Headquartered in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, Curaeos has 186 dental clinics serving over one million patients across Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. Curaeos acts as a multi-functional service organization for its clinics, allowing the dentists to fully focus on providing patients with the best possible care.

With the acquisition, Jacobs Holding further strengthens its leading global dental services platform consisting of the pan-European Colosseum Dental Group and the North American Dental Group. With Curaeos, Jacobs Holding's global dental services platform will operate close to 800 clinics with more than 13,000 professionals and generate over EUR 1.5 billion in annual revenue.
