DLA Piper advises the owners of 4AP-Geoteknik on the sale of shares

Danish provider of land-based geotechnical analyses 4AP-Geoteknik A/S has sold all shares to RSK Environment Limited. 4AP-Geoteknik delivers analyses within a short time frame at high specialist level to small and medium-sized customers in Central Denmark.

DLA Piper assisted the shareholders of 4AP-Geoteknik in connection with the sale, and the team was made up of Partner Eskil Bielefeldt, Director Andreas Arent Jespersen and Senior Project Manager Sanela Lulic.
