DLA Piper advises Partners Group on sale of ‘Nordic Living’ portfolio to Heimstaden property company

Real estate investment firm NREP and global private markets investment manager Partners Group have sold a property portfolio known as the ‘Nordic Living’ portfolio, which consists of 8 residential properties comprising a total of 377 owner-occupied flats, 5 commercial rental units and 135 parking spaces. 

The transaction price is DKK 1.1bn and the portfolio includes striking properties such as the ‘Iceberg’ in Aarhus, the ‘Horizon I and II’ in Copenhagen's Ørestad City district and the ‘Canal Front’ in the town of Vejle.
