DLA Piper advises on the purchase of shares in Daniaco Holding ApS

DLA Piper has assisted the shareholders of Daniaco Holding ApS on the sale of a major shareholding in Daniaco Holding ApS to its current CEO and owner Frank Kruse-Jensen, who, thereby, has increased his existing ownership interest. The transaction was announced on 16 September 2020.

Daniaco Holding ApS is the parent company of Dania Connect A/S, which is engaged in container-shipping activities, and Trepco A/S, which deals with the maintenance and repair of container frames.
