DLA Piper advises on the sale of Caldan Conveyor A/S to Axel Johnson International AB

DLA Piper has assisted the shareholders of Caldan Conveyor A/S in connection with the conclusion of an agreement on the sale of the controlling interest in Caldan Conveyor A/S to Axel Johnson International AB. The completion of the transaction is conditional on approval by the German competition authorities.

Caldan Conveyor A/S is an international technology enterprise situated outside Aarhus, Jutland, and is a world-leading supplier of conveyor systems for the surface-treatment industry.

DLA Piper’s M&A team was headed by Partner Kristian Hjølund Nielsen.
