DLA Piper advises on the sale of Nicon Industries A/S

DLA Piper has advised the owners of Nicon Industries A/S on their sale of 50% of the shares in the company to the Danish holding companies FAM. PTML Bonnichsen Holding A/S and J.A.A.K. Holding ApS.

Nicon Industries A/S specialises in complex customised aluminium and steel structures. The company manufactures project-specific solutions and has extensive experience in supplying solutions to the offshore industry, focusing particularly on the energy sector. The company was founded in the spring of 2013, currently employs about 100 people and is run from two addresses in the towns of Esbjerg and Frederikshavn.
