DLA Piper advises the sellers of Autosource Group A/S on the sale to Hawk Infinity

DLA Piper has advised the sellers of Autosource Group on the sale of the company to Hawk Infinity, a Norwegian investment firm focused on long-term value creation through compounding growth.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Denmark, Autosource Group is a leading SaaS provider delivering digital software solutions to the automotive sector, as well as to financing and insurance companies. Autosource Group develops automated and data-driven platforms designed to streamline complex workflows, enhance transparency and improve operational efficiency for its customers. The company has established a market-leading position in Denmark within software solutions for vehicle registration tax calculations, vehicle valuations and split leasing, serving more than 1,000 customers and processing over 100,000 vehicles monthly, supporting a significant share of the automotive ecosystem. The company employs more than 65 professionals across its offices in Odense and Aarhus and has established a strong position within the digitalisation of the automotive ecosystem.

In recent years, we are proud to have facilitated and advised Autosource Group on a number of strategic acquisitions, particularly in Germany, as part of its preparations for international expansion and scaling of its platform across European markets.

As part of the transaction, the existing shareholders have reinvested a portion of the proceeds in Hawk Infinity, elevating their ownership to the Hawk Infinity structure and aligning the parties around the continued development of Autosource Group. Hawk Infinity is known for its long-term investment approach and for supporting existing management teams as active drivers of future growth. The management team will continue with Autosource Group as part of the leadership under the new ownership structure, ensuring continuity and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

The partnership provides Hawk Infinity with a strong platform within automotive software and digital infrastructure, while supporting Autosource Group’s continued growth and international expansion based on its established market-leading position in Denmark.
