DLA Piper advises SOS International LLC (SOSi) in a cross-border acquisition of North Star Systems ApS, a Danish data analytics software firm, for an undisclosed purchase price.

Founded in 1989, SOSi is the largest private, family-owned and operated technology and services integrator in the US aerospace, defense, and government services industry.  

Partner Jens Krogh Petersen and Attorney Andreas Brasch-Thomsen were lead on DLA Piper’s deal team.
