DLA Piper advises Swedish Storskogen on its acquisition of DANMATIC

DLA Piper advises Storskogen Industrier AB on its acquisition of DANMATIC AUTOMATED BAKERY SYSTEMS and Prægel & Co A/S

This is the first acquisition to be completed by Storskogen Industrier in Denmark and DLA Piper advised Storskogen on all legal aspects of the transaction.

Danmatic specialises in industrial processing machinery and equipment designed and manufactured for the bakery and food industry. Founded in 1988, Danmatic's head office and production facilities are located in Viborg, the capital of the Central Denmark Region, and its sales office is located in Kvistgaard, north of Copenhagen.  

Founded in 1989, Prægel & Co specialises in consulting, sale, and service of bakery equipment for artisan and mid-sized productions. Prægel & Co is located in Kvistgaard.
