DLA Piper advises Vistage with the acquisition of EGN

DLA Piper has advised Vistage Worldwide (Vistage) and its owner, PE fund Gridiron Capital, with the acquisition of Executive Global Network (EGN).

Vistage has its base in USA and operates the largest networking and coaching organization with more than 28,000 members in 26 countries. EGN has its base in Denmark and operates a professional network with almost 16,000 members in 16 countries.

The transaction was driven from Denmark with assistance from DLA Piper offices in six other countries. DLA Piper’s Danish M&A team was Jens Krogh Petersen, Stefan Westh Wiencken, Christoffer Tolstrup and Flora Hua Ting Chieng
