DLA Piper assists Aberdeen in the acquisition of newly built property from Gefion

Aberdeen has acquired a newly converted property located Store Kongensgade 100 and 104 from Gefion. The property was previously used for Copenhagen police station, and today comprises total 3,430 sqm. consisting of 72 student housing units an one commercial unit.

DLA Piper has advised Aberdeen with a team led by Emilie Møller.
