DLA Piper assists AXA IM Alts acting on behalf of its clients in the acquisition of newly built residential property in Herlev

AXA IM Alts acting on behalf of its clients (”AXA IM”), has acquired another residential property in Herlev from ELF Ejendomme consisting of 164 residential rental units comprising approximately 15,500 sqm. together with parking facilities.

Besides the 164 rental units acquired by AXA IM, the property “Den Grønne Fatning” consists of 37 condominiums and 43 youth apartments. The property was completed and handed over to ELF Ejendomme in 2019, and AXA IM has acquired the rental units with the take-over date on 1 June 2021.

The acquisition follows the recent acquisition of “Frimærket” in March 2021, consisting of 90 residential units.
